Policies.

  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late to any appointment may result in having to reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations/reschedules need to be made in a timely manner prior to your appointment.

  • No-call/no-shows are not tolerated. It may result in you being fired as a client.

  • Balance is due the day of the procedure. Cash and cards are accepted. Checks are NOT accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any service or procedure. Any adjustments to fees or policies are at Rad Brows and More’s sole discretion and are made on a case-by-case basis, if applicable.

  • Due to the nature of the visit, children are not allowed. This includes the treatment area and waiting area as you will be unable to attend to them. If you arrive with children, you will be rescheduled.

  • If you are sick, getting sick, or have had any symptoms within the last 5-7 days, please reschedule your appointment with proper notice, if able to. If you come to your appointment and appear sick and/or show any symptoms of illness, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. Please be considerate!
